Pamela Chacko Hartshorn

Pamela Chacko Hartshorn, 76, of Rostraver Twp. passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2025 in her home surrounded by loved ones. Born on February 10, 1949 she was the daughter of the late Charles and Kay Chacko.

She was a member of St. Andrew the Apostle Parish. A graduate of West Virginia University and the University of Pittsburgh, she was a well known physical therapist at West Penn Hospital and several other locations in the Mon Valley.

Pam is survived by her husband, Edmund Hartshorn; step-son, Ethan (Christina) Hartshorn, of Brooklyn; step-daughter, Jessica (Byron) Isaacs, of Brooklyn; brother, Clayton (Suzy) Chacko, of Rostraver Twp.; nephews, Charlie (Jules) Chacko, of Orange, CT, Chris (Carrie) Chacko, of Rostraver Twp., and Michael Chacko, of Bethlehem, PA; great-nieces and nephews, Lillian and Caleb Chacko and Jaxon and Aribella Chacko; and step-grandchildren, Sara and Alma Hartshorn and Henry and Joe Isaacs.

Friends will be received from 2 to 6 pm on Wednesday, November 19 in the CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 am on Thursday at St. Andrew the Apostle Parish, 624 Washington Ave., Charleroi, with interment following in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
